Sedona permit basics
Sedona requires short-term rentals to hold a city STR permit and an Arizona transaction privilege tax (TPT) license, along with requirements such as liability insurance and neighbor notification. Requirements change — confirm the current rules directly with the City of Sedona before listing or renewing.
